Whether it's a wedding reception,
family reunion, office party or graduation celebration,
we can bring our delicious food and tasty beverages right
to you. For years, we've catered events large and small
throughout Austin. How's a fajita buffet with hot fresh
flour tortillas and cold beer and frozen margaritas sound?
Below you'll find the basics we offer, but every event is
unique and we'll tailor everything to your needs. Let us
do the cookin' (and the clean up!) and make your next event
fun, easy and affordable.

Deposits
A 50% deposit is required five (5) days prior to the event.

Service Staff
At least one server is required for every 50 guests with
a $45 minimum service fee. Bar setup fee is $50.

All entrees options are served with refried beans, rice, chips, salsa, fresh flour and corn tortillas.
Fajitas A combination of grilled, marinated beef or chicken fajitas with onions and poblano peppers. Served with lettuce, cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, and, of course, tortillas. Enchiladas Hand-rolled enchiladas with your choice of filling and sauce. Fillings: beef, chicken, mushroom, spinach or cheese Sauces: chile, ranchero, green, sour cream, chipotle, veracruz, tampico or poblano Tacos Two toasted or soft tacos filled with a choice of seasoned ground beef or roasted chicken. Served with lettuce, tomato, cheese, guacamole and sour cream.		Flautas de Pollo Two chicken-filled handmade tortillas, lightly fried and topped with our ranchero sauce and cheese. Served with guacamole and sour cream. Build-Your-Own Appetizer Party Chile con queso and chips, chicken taquitos, taco beef and tortillas, guacamole, pico de gallo, salsa and other fixin’s. Combos Combine any of the above to make a buffet not to be forgotten. With so many choices of meats, fillings and sauces just about anything’s possible. Margaritas Our signature fresh squeezed lime juice margaritas are available on the rocks or frozen with the rental of a margarita machine. Imported & Domestic Beer Dos Equis, Pacifico, Corona Extra, Negra Modelo, Tecate, Bohemia, Budweiser, Bud Light, Coors Light, Miller Lite, Michelob Ultra, Shiner Bock Wine Homemade Sangria, White, Blush and Red Mixed Drinks An extensive combination of varieties and brands is available.
